1. Classes need to be paid in advance. Prices are listed in EUR. Payment is required before the course starts via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

2. Private lessons are 60 minutes or 90 minutes by arrangement.

3. Classes are held online via Zoom or Google Meet. Participants are responsible for their own equipment and internet access.

4. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the lesson. After that, the full fee applies.

5. The student's learning success depends on individual factors and cannot be guaranteed. 

6. We are not liable for technical issues on the participant’s side. Our liability is limited to gross negligence and intent.

7. Course materials may not be shared or published.

8. The lesson starts when the teacher enters the videocall. If the teacher is late, the lesson can be either prolonged up to the booked time of 60 or 90 minutes on the same day, or the missing time can be added to a future lesson. If not possible, the student can receive back the amount of money for the missed time.

9. Classes or courses that I need to cancel can be refunded.

10. Conditions and prices are subject to change.

11. Our privacy policy: We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet) that transfer data internationally.
